1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (within India)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
  • While we aim to deliver on time, delivery dates may occasionally shift due to peak seasons or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹800.
  • Shipping charges (where applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional offers, as announced on our website and social media from time to time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track the status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delays caused by courier partners due to weather, strikes, or other logistical issues are beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Availability
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will reship the product after reconfirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.     

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged or if any item is missing, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding damage or missing items.
