No Return & No Refunds – Only Exchange

At Sarya Jewels, we strive to deliver high-quality products with every order. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange request should be raised within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product was damaged during delivery.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

What We Require

To be eligible for an exchange, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

  • Begin before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the issue (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
  • Be unedited and continuous (no cuts or edits).

How to Request an Exchange

Please send the unboxing video along with your order details within 24 hours of delivery to:

Our support team will review the video and respond within 2–3 business days.

Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved:
    • We’ll either arrange a pickup or ask you to return the item.
    • If the same design is in stock, an exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • If the original design is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product of the same value.
    • The exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 days.

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Exchanges will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
